**Job Description:**

Overview

This is a leadership position that involves guiding a frontline team to provide excellent customer service. The team leader will be responsible for mentoring and leading the team, fostering a welcoming environment for diverse visitors, and ensuring consistent service delivery.

The team leader will also be responsible for aligning team coverage with precinct activity to ensure smooth service delivery, training and developing the team to improve their skills, and overseeing safety and security protocols.

The ideal candidate will have visitor-facing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build a high-performing team. They will also need to have a commitment to safety and inclusion, as well as qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management or equivalent experience.

**Benefits:**

  • Full-time employment with flexible hours
  • Band 7 salary range from $112,203 to $125,554 plus super
  • Monthly RDO for a 40-hour week
