Learn to Swim Instructors and Pool Safety Experts Wanted

We are seeking experienced Learn to Swim Teachers and Pool Lifeguards to fill a vacancy at our aquatic facility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured in-water lessons for children aged 4-15 years old, focusing on water safety and stroke development as a Learn to Swim Teacher.
  • Supervise the safety of patrons in the pool area and identify potential risks as a Pool Lifeguard.
Requirements
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate (Pool Lifeguard role only).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with children of all abilities.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in instructing LTS programs and delivering skill-specific lesson plans.
  • First Aid qualifications (not essential but looked upon favourably).
