Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing retail team? T2 Tea is seeking a Retail Operations Leader to join its passionate team at Penrith.

About the Role

  1. Spearhead the day-to-day management of the retail store, including effective rostering, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock.
  2. Foster a culture that embodies the T2 Values, driving a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within your store.
  3. Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering outstanding customer service.
  4. Achieve budgeted sales targets and manage controllable costs.
  5. Ensure your store operates in line with T2 policy, processes, and guidelines communicated from your Line Manager and Support Office.
  6. Identify development needs for your team and motivate them to drive performance for future succession.
  7. Enjoy every Sunday and Monday off.

About You

  1. You will inspire your team to deliver customer excellence in all facets of store operations.
  2. With a background in retail management, you will be passionate, commercially minded, and focused on delivering positive results for the business.
  3. You will have strong communication skills and excellent time management skills.
