Director of Education and Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Education and Operations to lead our early learning service.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a high-quality early learning environment from day one, ensuring that every child receives the best possible education and care.

They will also be expected to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our centre's values and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience in staff development and leadership
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Working with Children Check
