Lead a High-Quality Early Learning Environment

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our 74-place service in Kurri Kurri, NSW. As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful opening and day-to-day operations of the centre.

The Centre Director will be responsible for staff development, operations management, and leading a team of dedicated professionals who value maintaining high standards of care and education for all children.

About the Role:

  • Aceccqa approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education required.
  • Experience with staff development & leadership; experience in a similar role advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS); ability to develop a QIP.
