Job Title: Centre Director

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to lead our 74-place early childhood education service.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to take on the challenge of managing staff and operations, ensuring a high-quality early learning environment from day one.

  • Your main responsibility will be the development and leadership of staff, as well as the day-to-day operations of the centre.
About You:
  • You must have a Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience in staff development and leadership is essential, with experience in a similar role being advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) are required.
  • You must also possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, and current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • A valid Working with Children Check is also necessary.
