Job Opportunity: Expert Infrastructure Professional

 

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our infrastructure team in Melbourne. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and support of our enterprise environment to ensure continuous service availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for information technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will work across multiple technology domains to effectively support operations, contribute to project success, and meet agreed Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise for core infrastructure, including cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Microsoft 365, and Windows Server OS.
  • Manage and proactively maintain systems and services managed by Infrastructure support team.
  • Help produce appropriate infrastructure designs and technical specifications in line with defined processes.
  • Coordinate execution of projects tasks with support of Technical Leads and Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years supporting Cloud Infrastructure Solutions, Integrations & Migrations.
  • 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft enterprise environment supporting core systems.
  • Proficient in time & priority management, investigative skills to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Core competencies: process driven, passionate about service improvement, professional attitude and presentation.
