Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to enhance our infrastructure capabilities.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering new capabilities from concept to implementation, support and adoption; and contribute to the development of our technology roadmap aligned with our IT strategy.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the management of third-party managed service providers and providing liaison between business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of core infrastructure services.
The successful candidate will be required to design, plan and implement enterprise-wide scalable technologies to support overall IT operations and ensure stable operation of IT infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud, systems, storage and other technology platforms.
Additional key skills and qualifications include technical expertise within enterprise environments, particularly in data centres and facilities, servers, storage, network, data protection, cloud platforms and related enterprise software across these technology stacks.
Hands-on technical skills enabling direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting are also essential.
Demonstrated skills and experience in configuring, managing and supporting Microsoft Azure Cloud services, M365 services, VMware, including Fortinet products, Cohesity and Zscaler are highly valued.
A strong understanding of governance, security and compliance across Microsoft Cloud services is also crucial.
