We are seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, forecasting trends, and providing data-driven insights that inform business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret commercial sales data from diverse sources to inform business strategies.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market conditions, and customer behavior, identifying emerging trends to shape future sales strategies.
- Design and maintain data models and dashboards to track key performance indicators, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks, informing strategic decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business planning, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a business analyst role with a focus on sales performance reporting or sales analytics.
- Experience in the international education industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
