**Job Title:** ICT Infrastructure Project Manager

**Job Summary:**

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technical projects across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of project outputs. Your expertise in managing technical teams and cross-disciplinary programs will be crucial in driving the successful implementation of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and deliver projects that have an agency-wide impact, developing, implementing, and evaluating project plans and schedules in accordance with our agency's project management framework.
  • Collaborate with staff in your immediate work area and with internal and external stakeholders to oversee project design, governance arrangements, and operational integration.
  • Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget, while managing staff and overseeing performance, attendance, and well-being.
  • Develop staff capability through coaching and succession planning, providing high-level strategic advice and feedback to stakeholders and our agency's executive.
  • Research, review, and evaluate projects within a section or specialist area, reporting on project objectives and outputs for presentation to our executive, and overseeing ongoing project reporting.
  • Manage and monitor financial budgets, overseeing the management of contracts, procurement, resources, and expenditure, identifying, assessing, managing, escalating, reporting, and monitoring project risks, issues, and benefits.
  • Manage and lead change, actively contributing to and implementing our agency's strategic direction, engaging, negotiating, and managing key strategic stakeholder relationships to deliver projects and respond to changes in needs and expectations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing critical ICT Infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders involved from Infrastructure and Business aspects.
  • Must have experience working with large organizations, preferably in government departments.
  • Able to work under pressure against short timescales.
  • Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
  • Experience tracking a complex ICT project and providing support to clear blocking issues.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project tracking.
