Job Role: Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist on a casual basis.

This role involves being the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries. The successful candidate will also manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing efficiently.

A key requirement of this position is operating our booking system effectively. Additionally, you will assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You:

  • You will have flexibility in working days and hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care are essential.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service is required.
  • Adaptability to various databases and systems is necessary.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting, is preferred.
