About the RoleAs our Electrical Reliability & Control Engineer, you will:
- Be closely involved with all electrical and automation systems maintenance and rectification
- Collaborate across all teams onsite - production, engineering, maintenance, processing
- Make a positive contribution to the SHE culture and performance of the site
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and generating ideas to improve plant, process and people performance
- Provide clear communication between all key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Support the preventative and reactive function of our major site assets
- Liaise with OEMs, procurement and other head office functions
We are looking for a degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with extensive maintenance experience in manufacturing or mining/heavy industry. You will have strong leadership experience, a strong safety focus, and the ability to influence a positive safety culture. You will also have excellent investigative skills, a self-motivated and confident nature, and proficiency with computerised maintenance management systems (SAP) and other programs such as Microsoft Office.
