About the Role

The Procurement Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring all procurement activities are executed to maximise value for T2 across procured goods and services.

This includes:

  • Assisting in preparing bid documents, including request for proposals, invitations to bid, requests for services, and tenders;
  • Sourcing, researching, and providing competitive procurement options for goods and services;
  • Developing and maintaining an end-to-end supplier evaluation and selection process, including ongoing performance evaluation;
  • Ensuring that all T2 contracts are procured, managed, and recorded in a diligent, competitive, and cost-effective manner;
  • Maintaining an accurate repository of all procured goods and services;
