Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our client's Regulatory Change Project Management Office in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will support the delivery of risk and regulatory remediation programs, working closely with experienced risk and compliance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead working groups in defining, documenting, and delivering business impacts across all phases of change deliverables
  • Utilize influencing and persuasion skills to successfully implement change and influence decision-making with key stakeholders in a diverse and matrix operating environment
  • Collaborate with Senior Management in strategic change scope for implementation
  • Present at Steering Committee and meetings on change activities
  • Implement process improvements with problem-solving and business analysis skills

Requirements:

  • Proven relationship building and management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Program/Project/Change Management Skills
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management industry
  • Proven relevant experience with regulatory change, managing projects or leading large initiatives within a large, global organization, preferably Financial Services
  • Demonstrated leadership in regulatory evaluation, execution, and compliance at a global asset management firm
  • Experience in working in the banking sector (and ideally risk or compliance) highly desirable
