Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries in collaboration with the client manager.
  • Deliver complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, and trusts using technical expertise in accounting and tax.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, cashflow statements, and logical working papers for clients.
  • Develop budgets for client engagements.
  • Contribute to consulting matters, including providing tax advice.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members through quality feedback and review, coaching, and delegation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or similar undergraduate degree.
  • Completed professional certification – CA, CPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in public practice accounting.
  • Experience in professional services is desired.
  • Demonstrated exposure to medium and large businesses with multiple entities.
  • Motivation and commitment to self-development and career progression.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
