We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare comprehensive financial reports with commentary on variances versus budget/forecast.
- Manage accruals for income, outgoings, and operating expenses effectively.
- Reconcile balance sheet, reimbursable expenses, and outgoings accurately.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, lease administration, and audit processes.
- Coordinate annual budgets and quarterly income reforecasts seamlessly.
- Attend client and property management meetings to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Respond promptly to client queries and requests in a professional manner.
- Lead monthly finance meetings with Property Managers, addressing key variances and proposing solutions.
- Review and provide feedback on junior team members' work to foster growth and development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Property Management / Commerce or related field or several years of demonstrated accounting experience in a property/real estate background.
- CPA/CA or studying towards it is highly desirable.
- MRI Knowledge, useful but not essential.
- High level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines for multiple client contacts.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
