About the Role

NCS Australia is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager/Owner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our clients' products and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and translate business requirements into actionable plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept to launch
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize features to meet business needs
  • Ensure products are built on solid foundations and meet the highest quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead BA
  • Experience in building products for clients in government or large enterprises
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional results
