Civil Design Manager Job Opportunity

Are you an experienced design professional seeking a challenging role in the civil engineering sector? We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Civil Design Manager to join our growing team.

  • Job Description:

  • Develop and implement engineering design solutions in collaboration with clients and internal project teams.

  • Prepare proposals, technical reports, and specifications to support project delivery.

  • Manage design projects, including resource scheduling, project budget control, and risk mitigation.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and construction contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Provide construction phase technical support and contribute to the development of knowledge and skills in civil engineering for transport projects.

  • Continually improve design documentation and delivery through interaction with our Digital Delivery team.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with eligibility to become a Registered Professional Engineer.

  • Excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and solutions.

  • Strong highways design and construction knowledge.
