We are seeking a skilled and motivated leader to join our team as a Nightfill Team Leader. As a leader, you will play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional store presentation.

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, taking pride in contributing to a store that is welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members, and local community.

  • Lead the night-fill team to meet deadlines and maintain exceptional store presentation
  • Ensure visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met
  • Be well-organized with excellent time management skills

As a Nightfill Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and make a positive impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the night-fill team to ensure efficient operations
  2. Ensuring visual merchandising and display standards are met
  3. Managing stock levels and inventory control
  4. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Additionally, you will be required to perform other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the store.
