Site Leadership Role

As a leading provider of construction services, we are seeking an experienced Site Leader to join our dedicated team.

This is a rare opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes, coordinating trades onsite, and working with a site manager to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards.

We are looking for an individual with 3+ years experience in a similar role in class 2 – 9 construction as defined under the building codes of Australia (BCA). Relevant trade background and competencies are essential, as well as an Open Builders Supervision license issued by QBCC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be willing to lead and motivate team members. They will also be enthusiastic, self-motivated and quality driven, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements:
