About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Trainer to join our team in Melbourne. As a Call Centre Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training customer service, back office, and first part collections teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of new hire training and floor training
  • Track weekly performance of new hires, refresher training, and coaching to enhance performance
  • Conduct based classroom training
  • Create and review session plans, prepare and update training modules as per requirements
Requirements
  • Previous call centre leadership (trainer) experience highly regarded
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team
