Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead the launch of all vehicle personalization products, including special interest packs, performance parts, and licensed accessories. They will utilize project management tools to ensure timely delivery while achieving target costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management & Launch Leadership: Manage vehicle personalization programs from start to finish, ensuring successful execution.
  2. Dealer Channel Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, cost targets, and timing for dealer channel launches.
  3. Production Channel Management: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure VP parts readiness for production builds.
  4. Program Planning & Tracking: Develop and manage program plans, budget plans, and recovery plans.
  5. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Chair and lead program leadership meetings with cross-functional teams.
  6. Reporting & Escalation: Provide regular reports on program status and escalate issues to higher management.
  7. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional and regional supporting teams.
  8. Global Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple time zones.
