With over 5000 employees in Oceania alone, we are committed to excellence and innovation.A Day in the Life...As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and upholding a high standard of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Your main duties will involve:Manufacturing high-quality products by adhering to standards and preserving GMPOperating, cleaning, inspecting, and caring for production equipment with meticulous attention to detailAchieving daily production plans and objectives, including coordinating planned product changesContinuously improving manufacturing and packaging processes through root cause analysis and problem-solvingAdhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards while demonstrating exemplary behaviour in all areasPerforming other duties as required by the Line ManagerWhat Will Make You Successful?
