Contract Management Professional

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be working within a collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with client contracts throughout the project/s.
The Role- Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
- Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
- Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
- An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
- Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
- Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to various audiences
