Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide contract management strategies across various regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering value through effective supplier engagement, commercial negotiation, and proactive contract governance.

This role plays a key part in shaping and refining our enterprise-level contract management principles, policies, and standards. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve competing priorities and ensure continuity of operations.

You will play a key role in leading negotiations across various categories to secure favourable commercial and risk-aligned terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively champion the development and execution of contract management strategies across the portfolio, contributing to the continuous improvement of our contract governance framework.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and refine enterprise-level contract management principles, policies, and standards.
  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle activities for complex projects, including stakeholder engagement, contract strategy formulation, baseline validation, supplier negotiations, contract finalisation, and post-award management.
  • Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract drafting, review, and execution.
  • Implement and drive supplier performance measures and be accountable for managing ongoing value delivery.
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders to deliver outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams within the procurement function.
