
Administrative Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the manager and team in a range of settings. The successful candidate will be working as part of a dynamic administration team to ensure the smooth operation of the service/unit/ward/facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance to the manager and team members
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining patient privacy
