We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Wollongong Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative and clerical support services to ensure the efficient delivery of patient-focused services in the Paediatric Outpatient Clinic.
- To maintain accurate records, manage files, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- To respond to telephone enquiries, book appointments, and handle patient-related queries.
- To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or related field.
