Job Description

We are seeking a talented Brand Development Lead to drive business growth and develop market-leading brands across Australia and New Zealand.

This role involves developing and implementing strong 3-year brand plans that build brand equity and unlock long-term category and brand growth opportunities.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to achieve business KPIs, leveraging global innovation pipelines and local R&D capacities.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related fields.
  • Minimum of three+ years' marketing experience ideally in FMCG.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven success in managing brands for performance.
  • A passion for brands and a consumer-centric mindset that puts the consumer at the heart.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Proven financial and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
