Wellbeing Carer

As a Wellbeing Carer, you will be responsible for enriching the lives of our residents through various activities and programs. You will help create joy and connection by facilitating social events, engaging in conversations, and providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver activity programs that cater to the interests and needs of residents.
  • Build relationships with residents and their families to understand their preferences and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caring for elderly individuals within an aged care or community setting.
  • Current Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support or willingness to complete.
  • First Aid Certificate (or willing to get one).
  • Australian driver's licence.
