Transportation Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a leading technician.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to a group of traffic signal technicians, ensuring the technical integrity of all ITS systems installed throughout the state.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to a team of traffic signal technicians
  • Maintaining a high degree of technical knowledge and imparting skills as necessary to other personnel
  • Guiding and coordinating the work of a group of traffic signals technicians
  • Ensuring the technical integrity of all ITS systems installed throughout the state
  • Contribute to branch objectives by ensuring high-quality standards in the technical area
  • Monitor fault records of equipment to be repaired by the group/manufacturers
  • Supervise the work of contractors as required

About you:

  • Current Electrical Supervisors qualification from an Australian university or equivalent overseas qualifications
  • Current and valid Australian motor vehicle driver license
  • Leadership experience with a minimum of 2 years
