**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Liaison Officer to provide specialist support in managing student transport services.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of disability impacts on educational outcomes and possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

This is an initial 12-month contract with competitive hourly pay rates plus superannuation.

The role involves providing complex case support for parents and stakeholders, as well as working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and advice on transport specific and disability matters to school staff and respond to complex requests.
  • Liaise with parents and mediate issues related to assisted school travel.
  • Collaborate with ATSP teams and contractors to ensure seamless student transport support.

**Essential Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of disability impacts on educational outcomes.
  • Education qualifications essential; Special Education qualifications or experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
