We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Barossa Park Lodge, Glenorchy. As a key member of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out comprehensive and effective nursing assessments, medication administration, and provision of clinical care
- Formulate, maintain, and review resident care plans and other documentation
- Be a role model to our Nurses and Extended Care Assistants
- Provide a high level of care and support to our residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs
- AHPRA registration
- Effective communication and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A desire to create a positive experience for our residents
