Key Responsibilities- Carry out comprehensive and effective nursing assessments, medication administration, and provision of clinical care
- Formulate, maintain, and review resident care plans and other documentation
- Be a role model to our Nurses and Extended Care Assistants
- Provide exceptional care to all our residents and be a member of the OneCare and wider community
- AHPRA registration
- Effective communication and ability to manage multiple tasks
