ACM Recruitment Pty Ltd is looking for a Mental Health Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional mental health care services aligned with the Statewide Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, Mental Health Service principles, National Mental Health Standards, agency policies, legal obligations, and pertinent professional competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to all service users, including thorough biopsychosocial evaluations, proactive therapeutic engagement, monitoring and assessment of mental health status and treatment responses, and ongoing psychotherapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities and techniques within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
- Enhance mental health awareness and provide information to other organizations regarding the support and management of individuals with mental health challenges.
- Facilitate the professional growth of colleagues by participating in orientation and mentoring nurses and other health team members.
Essential Criteria:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
