We are seeking a skilled Field Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our mobile workforce community, you will be responsible for executing planograms accurately and maintaining strong relationships with store and retail management.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. You will work across various stores in the Neutral Bay area, with flexibility required across Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in planogram execution, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing planograms accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining strong relationships with store and retail management
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking products as required
  • Submitting tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in planogram execution in a grocery or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
  • The ability to work autonomously as part of a team
