ERP Solutions Finance Director

As a Finance Solutions Architect, you'll play a critical role in leading our clients' digital finance transformations, leveraging Oracle Fusion technology to drive business value and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale finance transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Apply expertise in finance functional knowledge, proprietary tools, and design thinking methodologies to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Oracle Consulting teams to create and share transformation IP, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Coach and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate/finance roles, with strong finance functional knowledge and expertise.
- 5+ years of experience in professional services or consulting, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering advisory/thought leadership.
- Experience in leading digital finance transformations using cloud technology, with a focus on Oracle Fusion.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills, with a high level of comfort with quantitative analysis and managerial accounting.
- Experience in cloud ERP transformation projects, with a focus on finance, and excellent communication skills to influence key stakeholders.
