Technician Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced professionals who possess a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results. Suitable candidates may have previously held various roles in the trades, including welding fabricators, sheet metal fabricators, sub assembly technicians, 12V auto electricians, cabinet makers, general fitout technicians, furniture painters, vehicle painters, CNC operators, or service technicians.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between job sites.
  • Working at heights training (highly desirable), with on-the-job training available for those without prior experience.
  • Experience and proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools, including pneumatic equipment and manual machinery.
  • A moderate level of physical fitness and strength, as the role requires standing and manual labor over prolonged periods.
  • A positive attitude and superior work ethic, with a commitment to delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Previous experience within the recreational vehicle or marine industries is highly regarded.
