The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Field Service Technician to join our team in QLD. As a Field Service Technician, you will be confident working autonomously and unsupervised.

As the Field service technician, you will serve existing accounts, providing a high level of customer service by performing end-to-end servicing and repairs including, the detection, diagnosing and troubleshooting of faults and identification of solutions to meet our customer's needs.

**To be successful in this role, ideally you will have**:

- Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Current forklift licence and a manual driver licence.
- Have a mechanical aptitude.
- Background in hydraulics and small engines
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality at all times
- exceptional time management and organisational skills

Flexibility is paramount and whilst this is an on-road service role, there will also be a requirement to provide service requirements in-house to meet the operational needs of the business.

Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be highly regarded, as is an understanding of hydraulics and electrical circuits.
