Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team at Pacific Smiles Group in Bass Hill & Chullora. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with chair-side procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Prepare and maintain dental equipment, instruments, and treatment rooms
  • Provide excellent patient care, including taking medical and dental histories, preparing patients for treatment, and ensuring their comfort during procedures
  • Collaborate with the dental team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in all areas, including chair-side, sterilisation, and reception
  • Strong compliance with sterilisation, safety, and infection control measures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • A proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and a desire for excellence
