Psychiatric Nurse Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
">- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program or Associate's degree with current BSN within 3 years of employment.
- Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the area of practice, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Physical Demands**
- Ability to lift and move patients, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds continuously.
**Work Environment**
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in priorities and workload.
- Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and other potentially hazardous conditions common to a clinical environment.
