Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams that consistently meet or exceed quarterly goals and targets.
  • Resolve customer escalations efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Apply data-driven approaches to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and continuously improve performance on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.

Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience leading an Implementation or Customer Success team in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of success in scaling teams and maintaining SLAs and other key performance metrics.
  • Ability to adopt a data-driven approach to developing, tracking, and optimizing performance metrics.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, people-first attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse groups within and outside the organization.
