We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Regional Hospital. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care to patients, families, and carers. This involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality patient care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse;
- 3-4+ years of acute medical ward experience;
- Ability to work confidently within multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience in contributing to quality improvement initiatives, participating in audits or reviews, and supporting staff and patient education.
