Comprehensive Medical Care Specialist

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled medical professional to join our team as a Comprehensive Medical Care Specialist. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide safe, quality, and clinically appropriate nursing care to patients/clients
- To work in partnership with patients/clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes
- To contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits or reviews
- To support staff and patient education
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- 3-4+ years of acute medical ward experience
- The ability to work confidently within multidisciplinary teams and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
