Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading restoration tasks at assigned sites and delivering exceptional results in accordance with client requirements.

  • The primary duties of this role include repairing, removing, or replacing damage caused by fire, water, mold, and other items.
  • Operating and installing equipment to assist in works.
  • Decontaminating and sterilizing content items.
  • Assisting with warehouse maintenance and stock control.
  • Directing and managing sub-contractors and temp labor as needed.
  • Liaising with insured parties, loss adjusters, insurers, and other parties around job progress.
  • Performing site risk assessments.
  • Inputting job information into the database.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • A current driver's license and preparedness to work across sites in your region.
  • The ability to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
