Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for promoting the use of and assisting with the technical deployment of Salesforce CRM improvements.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements to give you the flexibility to work from home and in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Have knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and understand CRM requirements.
  • Write user stories and facilitate discussions on requirements.
  • Create visual representations of business processes.
  • Produce and maintain user documentation.
  • Assist with the implementation of technical solutions for the Salesforce CRM.
  • Promote and advocate the correct use of our CRM.
  • Assist with the maintenance of CRM data, including running checklists, data cleansing and data review.
Requirements:
  • Using Salesforce CRM and in-depth knowledge of the reports and dashboard functionalities (must have).
  • Drawing meaning from data and delivering insights to stakeholders.
  • Analysing, investigating, discussing and problem-solving complex business concepts.
  • Utilising MS Excel to perform analysis and automation.
