
Sales Strategy and Innovation Lead

As part of the Customer Advisory Leadership team for Australia and New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer success. You will lead and mentor a team of experienced Presales Architects who serve as the bridge between client needs and SAP solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategies for addressing customer requirements
- Working closely with the SAP Sales Leadership team to drive business innovation and value-based selling
- Overseeing the development of your team members, supporting them in bringing out their best and achieving their full potential
Engagement Coaching is a critical aspect of this role. You will guide your team in effective sales approaches and engagement techniques, focusing on opportunity progression and creating deliverables such as Architecture documents, Solution Visioning, Business Cases, BOMs, and Roadmaps.
Inclusive People leadership is also essential. You will cover all aspects of team leadership, including day-to-day management, account qualification, development planning, feedback, and high-performance coaching. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage organisational change and drive business outcomes.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting creation of new demand through whitespace analysis and blue-sky thinking
- Connecting with ANZ, Regional, and Global peers to understand best practices and customer engagements from different locations
