**Clinical Nurse Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide clinical education and training to healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective administration of aesthetic products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all clinical education of aesthetic portfolio in assigned regions.
  • Clinical assistance at educational events and workshops led by key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Adverse event consultation and support.
  • Clinical engagement and development of KOLs & key experts in education (KEEs).
  • Mentoring national contract nurse clinical trainers.
  • Clinical input on training materials as requested by clinical managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Preparation and execution of training plans in local regions.
  • Provide relevant clinical education and training to ensure competence of HCPs with the safe and effective administration of Galderma's aesthetic portfolio.
  • Lead and execute state-based Galderma Aesthetic Academy, clinical forums, and workshops with local and international doctors.
  • Provide clinical education, upskilling, and mentoring of commercial sales teams, including CEP (clinical exploration program) development as requested by management.
  • Create and deliver clinical education/curriculum relevant to current and upcoming campaigns as guided by clinical managers and aligned to marketing plans.
  • Conduct all clinical training and educational events to required professional standards and ensure compliance to national and state regulations and protocols.

The ideal candidate will be a Division 1 Registered Nurse with previous experience working in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics, or aesthetics.
