Clinical Nurse Specialist

Galderma is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to play a vital role in the healthcare industry, working closely with medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

  • MEDICAL EDUCATION & CLINICAL TRAINING: Provide relevant clinical education and training to ensure competence of HCPs with the safe and effective administration of Galderma aesthetic portfolio.
  • Manage all clinical education of Aesthetic portfolio in the assigned region.
  • Clinical assistance at educational events and workshops led by Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Adverse Event consultation/support.
  • Clinical engagement and development of KOLs and Key Expert Educators (KEEs).
  • Mentoring National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellence in patient/client assessment, planning, injectable treatment/care, and evaluation during clinical training sessions including appropriate documentation. You must be a Div 1 Registered Nurse and have previous experience working in cosmetic, Dermatology, Plastics or Aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and execution of training plan in local region/s.
  • Provide clinical education and upskilling of the Commercial Sales team.
  • Create and deliver clinical education/curriculum relevant to current and upcoming campaigns as guided by Clinical Manager and aligned to marketing plans.
  • Conduct all clinical training and educational events to the required professional standards and ensure compliance to national and state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in cosmetic, Dermatology, Plastics or Aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
