Property Portfolio Growth Manager

As a highly skilled Property Manager, you will oversee and expand your portfolio with the support of a collaborative team. Foster lasting relationships with property owners and tenants.

About The Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a well-maintained portfolio while being backed by a team of industry experts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Effectively manage tenancy lease agreements, renewals and rent reviews.
  • Oversee maintenance requests, property compliance and proactively assist owners to enhance their properties as needed.
  • Build new relationships, prospect for new management opportunities and conduct rental appraisals.
  • Manage and resolve tenancy disputes, including court attendance when necessary.
  • Together with a field officer and outsourcing options, effectively manage all tenancy inspections.
  • Conduct final bond inspections and finalise bond disposals within a prompt timeframe.
  • Complete trust accounting functions as required, with support from management and a trust accountant.
  • Manage PM Emergency Phone weekly roster.
  • Remain proficient in all industry regulations and legislative changes.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive and innovative team environment in the Property Management department.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience actively managing a portfolio.
  • Current Real Estate Registration.
  • Either Unrestricted Representative or Restricted Property Management qualification (Cert IV).
  • Current Police Clearance & Drivers License.
  • Experience in Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate and Inspect Manager is preferred but not essential.
  • Great attention to detail and high level of customer service.
  • A desire to excel in the role and grow the agency's portfolio.
