Job Title: Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter to fill a key role in our maintenance team at our Tasmanian operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of fixed plant equipment, including crushing, grinding, flotation, and filtration.
  • Maintain all areas of the fixed plant, including servicing, fault finding, repair, and commissioning.
  • Identify root causes of failure and generate strategies for improvement.
  • Assist with implementing management systems for processes, with the goal of minimizing process variation and meeting customer expectations.
  • Provide skills, knowledge, and experience to help develop surface preventative maintenance schedules.
